Jennifer Masters is the visionary founder and Principal Designer of And Masters, a design studio celebrated for its seamless fusion of interior architecture, bespoke furnishings, and fine art. A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s in Architecture, Jennifer honed her craft over 18 years in New York City, shaping interiors for discerning clients in art galleries, luxury residences, and high-profile commercial spaces.
Nine years ago, Jennifer brought her expertise to Sarasota, Florida, establishing And Masters as a studio where architecture and design converge with artistry and precision. Her signature approach balances functionality with refined aesthetics, creating interiors that feel curated yet effortless, deeply personal yet timeless.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and intuitive understanding of her clients’ aspirations, Jennifer leads each project with a commitment to collaboration, quality, and thoughtful storytelling.
